Web Design & Development
How long does it take to build a website?
It depends on the scope, content, and how quickly we receive materials and feedback. Most projects take between 3–12 weeks from start to launch.
Can I update my website myself?
Yes. Most of our websites are built on the WordPress platform, using the Elementor Pro editor, which makes it easy to update text, images, and pages yourself—no coding required. We also provide training for all clients before handing over the site.
What happens if something stops working after the launch?
We offer ongoing support and maintenance agreements so you don’t have to worry. You can always contact us, and we’ll fix the issue quickly.
Graphic Design & Branding
Do you help with logos and visual identities?
Yes. We create complete visual identities — logos, colors, typography, and graphic guidelines that give your company a consistent and professional look.
Can you update my existing logo?
Absolutely. We modernize and refine logos without losing the brand’s recognizability.
Do you also design printed materials?
Yes, we produce everything from business cards and advertisements to brochures, annual reports, and graphic templates in Word and PowerPoint.
SEO, Copywriting & Marketing
Is search engine optimization (SEO) included when you build websites?
Yes, a basic SEO structure is always included. For those who want to go further, we offer ongoing optimization and SEO analysis to improve your visibility on platforms like Google or ChatGPT.
Do you help with advertising and campaigns?
Yes, we produce and manage ads on both Google and social media – from strategy to design, copy, and reporting.
Can you write the texts for my website?
Of course. We provide professional copywriting tailored for SEO, target audience, and tone of voice – all to make your website feel personal and trustworthy.
Security, Hosting & Responsibility
Is an SSL certificate included in your web packages?
Yes, we make sure your website is secure and encrypted from the start. All our deliveries include HTTPS connections and up-to-date security standards.
Who owns the website once the project is completed?
You do. Once the project is delivered and fully paid, you own all materials and code. We always build solutions with full client ownership.
Can you handle hosting and updates for us?
Yes, we offer hosting and maintenance agreements where we take care of everything behind the scenes – updates, backups, security, and optimization.
Pricing, Agreements & Payment
What does a website cost?
The price depends on the scope, features, and design level. Most projects end up between approximately 2000 – 9000 USD excluding VAT. We always provide a quote before starting.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, we offer installment payments or staged invoicing – for example, at project start, after the design phase, and upon delivery.
Are the quotes binding?
No. You are only committed once you approve the quote in writing. After that, it becomes part of our agreement.

Where are you located?
We’re based in Västerås, Sweden (close to the capital Stockholm) but work with clients all across Sweden and also internationally.
Do you work with other agencies or subcontractors?
Yes, when needed, we collaborate with carefully selected partners in areas such as development and film. However, all project responsibility always remains with us.
